Grouting mortar

Grouting mortar

Suitable for grouting equipment foundations such as machine bases and anchor bolts, as well as secondary grouting for securing steel structures (rails, steel frames, steel columns, etc.) to foundations. It can be used for grouting reverse-drilling construction joints in subways, tunnels, and underground projects. It can also be used for reinforcing, repairing, and strengthening beams, slabs, columns, foundations, floors, and roads in buildings. It can also be used for anchoring anchor bolts and rebar, as well as for structural reinforcement.

Instructions
1. Calculate material quantities based on the project volume and construction speed. Each mix should ensure that all mortar is used before it loses its working properties. Grout that has lost its working properties after mixing should be discarded and not re-used with water.
2. Surface Preparation: Remove dust, loose materials, oil stains, and other materials that impede adhesion. Roughen the surface of the support stone where the bearing is installed, and repair cracks and other defects. Moisten the surface with clean water until it is saturated, but no visible water should be left during construction.
3. Mixing: First, add 80-90% of the grouting material by weight to the mixing bucket. Then, start the mixer and gradually add the weighed grout until it is completely added. Then, gradually add the remaining water and continue mixing for 2-3 minutes until the grout is uniform.
4. Use gravity grouting to grout the base of the bearing and the gaps in the anchor holes. Grouting should be done from the center of the bearing outwards until the gap between the formwork and the bearing base plate is completely filled with grout.
Construction Instructions
1. Grouting should be done from the center of the support outwards. Compare the actual grouting volume with the calculated required volume to confirm sufficiency.
2. The formwork should be removed only after the grouting material reaches the specified strength. Check for leaks and repair any leaks.
3. During construction in hot weather, avoid direct sunlight on the product, mixing water, and slurry, as this will reduce the fluidity of the slurry. Avoid construction at excessively high temperatures or implement appropriate cooling measures.
4. Do not arbitrarily increase the amount of mixing water. If the slurry is not fluid enough, discard it and do not add more water.
5. Ensure moisture retention and curing for 3-7 days after construction.
