Construction Instructions
Application Conditions:
1. Use this product only at temperatures between 15°C and 35°C, where application and drying can proceed normally. The application surface and the paint temperature should also be above 10°C.
2. To avoid condensation, apply only to dry, clean surfaces at least 3°C above the dew point, with a maximum relative humidity of 70%.
3. Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying in confined spaces.
Mixing: Single component, stir thoroughly. A small amount of particulate matter may form after long-term storage, which will not affect use or performance.
Dilution: Clean tap water, 0-5%. Dilution is not recommended, as it will affect rust prevention effectiveness.
Application: Apply this product by roller, brush, or spray to rusted steel surfaces (wet the surface thoroughly). After 30 minutes of reaction, the rust will be converted into a black primer. For severely rusted surfaces, a second coat is recommended for maximum protection. It is recommended that the second coat be applied within 30 minutes of the first to ensure a chemical reaction with the metal surface.
Equipment Cleaning: Use clean tap water. During any pauses in the application process, clean the spray gun promptly to prevent clogging. Clean the equipment promptly after use.
Drying: Maintain good ventilation and reduce humidity to facilitate moisture evaporation and ensure the paint film dries and crosslinks.
