Instructions
Surface treatment: The wall should be dry, flat, firm and free of oil stains, with a moisture content of less than 10% and a pH value of less than 10.
New cement wall
(1) New concrete needs 30 days to dry.
(2) Remove loose materials and crystallized salts.
(3) Fill cracks and holes with appropriate fillers.
Exterior wall putty
(1) After the putty is completely dry, use fine sandpaper to smooth it and remove the powder.
(2) The putty should be strong, water-resistant and crack-resistant.
Wood and metal surfaces:
The surface must be properly treated. It is recommended to apply a primer. Recommended coating system
(1) Primer: Optimized natural stone primer
(2) Middle coat: Optimized natural stone paint
(3) Top coat: Optimized natural stone paint top coat
Technical Parameters
Ingredients: Composite acrylic copolymer, natural crushed stone, pigment, filler, additive, and water.
Theoretical Coverage: 4-5.5 kg/m2 (Actual coating consumption may vary depending on surface conditions and design).
Drying Time: Surface Dry: Approximately 2 hours (at 23°C and 50% relative humidity)
Hard Dry: 24 hours (at 23°C and 50% relative humidity).
Recoat Time: 24 hours (extended at low temperatures).
Durability: Excellent.
Construction Instructions
(1) Read the instructions before use.
(2) Stir the can after opening it.
(3) Avoid excessive paint on tools.
(4) Clean tools immediately after use.
