Instructions
Surface treatment: The wall should be dry, flat, firm and free of oil stains, with a moisture content of less than 10% and a pH value of less than 10. The putty should be strong, water-resistant and crack-resistant.
New cement wall
(1) New concrete needs 30 days to dry.
(2) Remove loose materials and crystallized salts.
(3) Fill cracks and holes with appropriate fillers.
(4) Apply a coat of optimized elastic paint primer.
Powdered surface:
(1) Remove powder with a high-pressure water gun.
(2) Apply a coat of optimized elastic paint primer.
Molded surface:
(1) Rinse with a high-pressure water gun.
(2) Dilute household bleach in a ratio of 1:10 and wash the wall. After it dries for 24 to 48 hours, rinse it with clean water. After it is dry, apply a coat of optimized elastic paint primer.
Technical Parameters
Ingredients: Silicone-modified UV-crosslinking acrylic resin, fillers, pigments, additives, and water.
Gloss: Glossy.
Theoretical Coverage: 2.8-3.2 m2/kg (two coats, based on a dry film thickness of 70-90 μm).
Drying Time: Surface Dry: 2-4 hours (at 23°C and 50°C relative humidity).
Recoat Time: 24 hours (at 23°C and 50°C relative humidity).
Volume Solids: Approximately 55% (depending on color).
Weather Resistance: Excellent.
Scrub Resistance: 10,000 cycles.
Stain Resistance: Excellent.
Construction Instructions
(1) Read the instructions before use.
(2) Stir the can slightly after opening it.
(3) Add the appropriate amount of water according to the instructions. Do not over-dilute and stir thoroughly.
(4) Avoid getting excess paint on the paintbrush or roller.
(5) Do not pour diluted paint back into the original packaging.
